Mutli-Functional Burp Cloths...

Here's another creative way to tie in a MollieMade creation. If you're bringing dinner to a friend with a new little one, include a burp cloth. It will help serve as a pot warmer if the dish you're carrying is warm AND it can be re-used by mom as a burpie.

My dear friend, Twiggy, put me in touch with an ambitious woman who just opened a baby boutique on King Street. She carries lots of modern lines and also some local designers. I met with her and showed her some of my creations and, as a result, MollieMade is being sold in her store!

So, please stop by so you can see my designs in person. As of right now, she is carrying my bibs and burp cloths.

This is my 2nd attempt at a Boppy cover and this one turned out larger than the first one did. I guess I need to scale down my pattern size...oh, and use a plain Boppy instead of a black and white zebra one (as shown).

This print would be perfect for those brave parents who decide NOT to find out the gender before the baby is born...

My Little Helper

Sorry I haven't posted anything new lately...it's been beautiful here and I have to get as much sunshine as possible on the weekends. Can you tell from the picture that my "helper" was blocking me from my project because he loves the sun as much as me and wanted to go to the dog park instead?? Needless to say, I didn't get any sewing done yesterday.
